Event to raise funds for Relay
LUMBERTON — Gibson Cancer Center’s Relay for Life team will host a “Bark for Life” fundraiser event on Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. at Luther Britt Park. Participants are invited to walk the one-mile event with their dog for a $25 fee.
The event will also incorporate the “Walk with a Doc” program, which encourages local physicians to become actively involved with fitness in the community while educating the public about better health.
