They don’t know what it’s like to be that big, the want to give up all the time, the depression, and the lack of motivation you may have to get up and exercise. I am here to let you know not what you need to do but rather to let you know that you are not alone. Yes, you will have a hard time and you will face challenges and even have times as though you will feel that you’re not losing any weight and it isn’t working. Here is what you need to know. You have to remember that you’re not doing this for anyone other than yourself. You’re not doing it for your spouse, family, or friends. Honestly, if these people cannot accept you the way you are, they aren’t worth having around and definitely not the right support system you will need. You don’t need anyone that is going to put you down, only people who will support and encourage you to keep going. You need to get rid of our negative surroundings.
